Getting started

What is Tradevirt, in one sentence?
A simulated trading evaluation platform: you pay a fee to trade a virtual account under published rules, and if you follow them well you become eligible for a reward.
Is this a broker? Do you trade my money?
No. We are not a broker, bank or fund manager. We never hold your capital, never place real orders, and never invest on your behalf. Everything you trade here is simulated.
Do I need money in the account to start?
No deposit is needed. The account balance you see is simulated from the first second. The only payment is the one-time challenge fee shown at checkout.
Which instruments can I trade?
The instruments listed on the plan — for example major FX pairs, indices, metals, crypto and energy. Each has its own trading hours and size limits, shown before you buy.
Can I try before I pay?
Not yet — a free practice account is on our roadmap. Until then, the rules, calculators and the rule simulator in the Trader Toolkit let you check a plan against your own size and stop loss without paying.

Challenges and rules

What rules actually decide pass or fail?
The four published ones: profit target, daily loss limit, maximum drawdown and minimum trading days. They are listed on the plan card and checked automatically — no hidden extra conditions are added after you buy.
What happens the moment I break a rule?
The evaluation ends and the account is marked failed, with the rule and the exact execution that triggered it shown in your history.
Is there a time limit?
Each plan states its own trading-day requirement rather than a fixed calendar deadline. The plan card is the authority — check it before buying.
Can I use any strategy — news trading, bots, overnight holding?
Strategies are yours to choose, but the platform's prohibited-practice list still applies (for example copy-trading between accounts, exploiting a bug, or hedging across multiple accounts). Anything that would be abusive in a funded environment is prohibited here.
Why did my trade fill at a different price?
Prices here are simulated. We record and show the price used for every execution so you can check the maths yourself rather than take our word for it.
I failed. Can I buy again?
Yes — you can start a new evaluation at any time. Each purchase is a fresh account with the same published rules.

Rewards and payouts

Does passing guarantee a payment?
No. Passing makes you eligible. The payment still needs verified identity, a completed reward request, and the review/hold period to finish.
How are rewards paid?
To a wallet or bank account that you verified as yours. Every payout is recorded with a transaction ID so you can trace it.
How long does verification take?
It depends on the documents you submit and the review queue. We tell you the status in your dashboard, and we tell you what is missing if something is.
Why is my reward on hold?
Holds exist to catch duplicate accounts, shared strategies and collusion before money moves. The hold length is published with the reward scheme, and the reason for any extension is shown on the request.
Can a reward be refused?
Yes — for multiple accounts, account sharing, unverifiable identity, or platform manipulation. We always state which finding applied and how to ask for a second review.
Is reward income taxable?
Usually yes, but it depends on your country. We give you records; the reporting is yours. Ask a local tax adviser.

Payments and refunds

Why does checkout say 'test mode'?
A live card processor is not connected yet, so no real card is charged. The flow behaves exactly like a real purchase so the whole journey can be checked first.
Which currencies are real?
Charges are always in USD. Prices in INR, EUR, GBP or AED are approximate conversions shown for your convenience only.
Can I get my fee back?
Yes, if you have not started trading — 14 days from purchase. Once you have placed orders, it is generally not refundable unless the platform was at fault. Full rules are in the Refund Policy.
Do you store my card details?
No. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; Tradevirt keeps only the order record needed for receipts and refunds.

Account, data and AI

Can I see everything you know about me?
Yes — your trades, journal, progress, reward history and support messages are all in your account, and you can ask us for a copy of the rest. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Does the AI coach see other traders' data?
No. It reads metrics computed from your own stored trades and journal, then explains them. It cannot invent trades and cannot see anyone else's account.
Is my AI feedback used to train models for other customers?
No. Your data is not sold and not used to train models that serve other people.
Am I on the leaderboard?
Only if you switch it on. Rankings use risk-adjusted figures, and you can leave at any time.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Ask support and we will remove what we are allowed to remove, and tell you the few records we must keep and for how long.

Trust and company

Who is behind Tradevirt?
The company details we can publish today are on the Trust Center. Where a detail has not been published yet, the page says so rather than guessing.
Do you show real statistics?
Yes — including how many traders pass and how many fail, with definitions, on the Transparency Center.
Do you use countdown timers or reviews to push me to buy?
No. No invented reviews, no fake scarcity, no countdowns. Prices and rules are the only reasons to buy.
