Terms & Conditions

Written to be read, not to hide anything. This page says what you buy, what we check, what we pay out and what we are not.

Last updated 8 October 2026 Applies to all Tradevirt accounts
Pre-launch notice. Tradevirt has not published its company name, legal entity, registration or address yet — see the Trust Center. The governing-law clause in section 13 is not final. Treat this as a draft agreement until those details are published.

01Who we are and what this is

Tradevirt operates a simulated trading evaluation platform. We are not a broker, bank, fund manager, exchange or investment adviser.
We do not accept deposits, do not hold client money, do not manage your capital and do not send orders to any real market. Everything you trade on Tradevirt happens inside a simulated environment that we control.

These terms are the agreement between you and Tradevirt when you create an account or buy an evaluation. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

02What you are actually buying

When you pay a challenge fee you are buying a time-limited evaluation of your trading behaviour on a simulated account: access to the platform, the rules engine, analytics, coaching and the chance to qualify for a reward under a published scheme.
The fee is not a deposit, an investment, a contribution to a trading account, or a purchase of the account balance. It pays for a service that is consumed as you trade. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

03Simulated money is not real money

Balances, equity, profit and loss, rankings and any number shown inside an account are simulated. They are not cash, they cannot be withdrawn, and you have no claim on the balance itself.

The only money that can ever move from us to you is a reward earned under a published reward scheme, after the checks in section 7. The only money that moves from you to us is a challenge fee, a subscription or another clearly labelled purchase.

04Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to sign a contract. You must give accurate details and keep your login credentials private.

One person, one account. Account sharing, selling an account, or running several accounts for one person is a breach of these terms and ends eligibility for rewards.
You are responsible for everything done from your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, change your password and tell us through support immediately.

05Fees, taxes and price changes

Challenge fees are shown on the site and at checkout in USD. Prices shown in other currencies are approximate conversions for display only — the amount charged is always the USD price.

Any tax that applies to your purchase is calculated and shown at checkout.

Our fees may change over time. A price change never applies to a purchase you have already paid for, and we do not charge you again for an evaluation that is already running.

06Challenge rules and how results are decided

Every plan lists its own rules: profit target, daily loss limit, maximum drawdown and minimum trading days. Those rules are the ones we check — we do not add hidden conditions after you buy.

Checks run automatically against the platform's simulated prices at the moment each order is executed. The result (passed, failed or still running) is recorded on your account, and you can see the reason for any rule breach in your account history.

If you believe a platform fault affected a result, contact support with the date, instrument and time. We review the recorded executions and correct the result where the platform was at fault.

07Rewards and payout

Rewards are not guaranteed. Passing an evaluation makes you eligible; it does not entitle you to a payment.

Before any reward is paid we require identity verification, a completed reward request, and the review/hold period published for that reward. Rewards are paid to a verified wallet or bank account that belongs to you.

We can refuse or withhold a reward — and tell you why — where we detect multiple accounts, account sharing, collusion between traders, manipulation of the platform, or identity that cannot be verified.

08Behaviour that ends access

We can suspend or close an account, with no refund, for:

  • multiple accounts, bought or traded accounts, or shared logins;
  • coordinated trading between accounts to move risk or profit around;
  • exploiting a bug, or trying to manipulate simulated prices or the rule engine;
  • automation that bypasses the platform, or scraping other traders' data;
  • stolen, forged or another person's identity documents;
  • abuse, harassment or threats towards staff or other traders.

09Stopping, suspending and closing

You can stop trading at any time and ask us to close your account. Closing does not create a refund right — section 8 of the Refund Policy applies.

We can suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where we are required to by law. Where possible we tell you the reason and how to respond.

10Learning material, journal and AI coaching

The academy, journal, calculators, analytics and AI coach are education and analysis of your own recorded activity. They are not investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a prediction of any market.
The AI coach only reads metrics that were computed from your own stored trades and then explains them in plain language. It cannot invent trades, and its output is not a trading signal. Verify anything you act on in real markets.

Course material, articles and platform design are ours. You may use them for your own learning; you may not resell them, publish them as your own, or use them to train a competing service.

11Availability and changes to the platform

We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages and interruptions can happen. If an outage materially shortens a running evaluation, we extend the affected period.

Features may be added, changed or removed. Where a change materially affects an evaluation you are paying for, we give notice in the app and on the Trust Center before it applies.

12Liability

You use the platform at your own risk. Trading in real markets can lose money, and nothing on Tradevirt should be treated as a reason to trade more than you can afford to lose.

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for a purchase is limited to the fee you paid us for that purchase, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for trading decisions you make in real markets.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.

13Governing law and disputes

Not yet confirmed. The governing law and forum for disputes will be stated here, together with the company's legal entity and registration details, before Tradevirt charges real money.

Until then, please raise anything you are unhappy with through support — we would rather resolve it than argue about it.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above changes when we do. For material changes we will tell you in the app and on the Trust Center before they apply.

Continuing to use Tradevirt after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not, you can stop using the platform and ask us to close your account.

15Contact

Questions about these terms, your account, a reward or your data: the support page lists the fastest ways to reach us, and the Trust Center shows who is behind the platform.
