Risk Disclosure

The honest warnings. If you read only one page on this site before paying, make it this one.

Last updated 8 October 2026 Applies to all Tradevirt accounts
Tradevirt is a simulated evaluation platform. No orders are sent to real markets, no customer funds are invested, and no balance on this site is cash. Nothing on this page is a promise of profit — and nothing on this site should be read as investment advice.

01Trading loses money more often than it makes it

Most people who trade derivative markets lose money. A platform, a coach, a rules engine and a good journal reduce blind mistakes — they do not remove the risk, and they cannot make a profit likely for you.

If anyone tells you that a challenge, a strategy or an AI makes profit predictable, that claim is false. Report it to us so we can remove it.

02A simulated account is not a real account

Prices on Tradevirt are simulated. In real markets you meet slippage, spreads that widen, thin liquidity, rejected orders, exchange outages and your own fear when real money is on the line. None of that is fully reproduced here.

So a passed evaluation is evidence about your discipline and rule-following in a clean environment. It is not proof that the same behaviour will make money with real capital.

03A challenge fee is a cost, not an investment

The fee buys you an evaluation. It can be spent entirely with nothing coming back — if you fail the rules, if you stop early, or if you simply choose not to trade. Never pay a fee with money you need for rent, food, debt or an emergency.

Do not treat challenge fees as a recurring business expense until you have passed and been paid at least once, with real documentation of both.

04Rewards are conditional and can be refused

Rewards depend on passing, on verified identity, on the hold period completing, and on the platform's own review. Passing an evaluation makes you eligible; it does not guarantee a payment. Where we refuse a reward we tell you which rule or finding applied.

Payouts can also be delayed by verification, by the payout provider, or by banking and wallet processing times that we do not control.

05Leverage and derivatives are unforgiving

The instruments offered here are leveraged or derivative products. A small move against you can wipe out an account position quickly, and in real trading a loss can exceed the money you put in.

Our daily loss and drawdown limits exist to make that behaviour visible in a simulation — they are not a safety net in real markets.

06Crypto payouts carry their own risk

A reward paid in USDT can move in value before you convert it, a wrong address is usually irreversible, and a mistyped or compromised wallet is your loss. We record every transaction ID so a payment can be traced, but we cannot recover funds sent to an address you gave us.

Only give us an address you control and can prove.

07Nothing here is investment advice

The academy, journal prompts, calculators, analytics and AI coach are education and a description of what you already did. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or fund anything, and they are not tailored to your finances.

For decisions with real money, consult a licensed adviser in your country.

08You remain responsible

Every decision you take in a real market is yours. Tradevirt does not manage money for you, does not hold your capital, and does not place orders for you. Any tax on income you earn — including rewards — is yours to report.

09What we do promise

We promise to keep the rules published and applied the same way for everyone, to show every balance as simulated, to explain any failure or refusal, and to publish our real statistics — including the number of traders who fail — on the Transparency Center.

We will never show fake countdown timers, invented reviews, or performance claims that cannot be traced to a real recorded account.

10Before you pay, do this

  • Read the plan's rules and the Refund Policy — not just the headline price.
  • Only pay with money whose loss you can accept without changing your life.
  • Test your idea at the smallest size first, and keep a journal from day one.
  • If you are trading to recover a loss, stop and talk to someone first.
